Welcome Pirate Places! It's time to renew your lease or get ready to sign a new lease for the upcoming summer!! We have over 80 of the best Greenville, NC rental properties across the street from ECU!!! We have no affiliation with East Carolina University except for the super close location of our houses to the campus.

We have a few ONE and TWO bedroom homes AVAILABLE NOW for lease for the Spring semester. The homes that are available NOW or homes we already know the tenants are not renewing their lease will be at the top of the listing on each tab. So click the above tabs and see what is available!!

Now is the time to check out the houses you want for next year! We start signing new leases in January for leases that will start in June, July and August of next year. If the current tenants do not renew their lease in January we open those houses up to the people who have requested to be on the waiting list for the houses. So look today and let us know what houses you are interested in and we will put you on the waiting list for that house so if it comes available you'll be the one who gets it. If the homes shows "AVAILABLE NOW" on the website we will sign leases now so you can reserve those homes before they are gone.

Our houses are all super nice and if you want a house for next year call today or the homes will be gone fast. The fall semester is here and now is the time to pick your new home before someone else takes the house you want. We are 100% rented this year so lock them down before you miss out.

The site has been updated to let you know if and when the homes are available. If the home has "AVAILABLE!!!" on the listing then you know that house is coming open on the date listed and you can sign a lease NOW to reserve it for this summer and next year. Once we have signed a new lease the home is marked as "TOO LATE!!!". The homes we have listed as available have been going quickly so let us know which home you want before they are all gone.

We have the best houses and apartments as close to ECU as you can get!! All of our houses have been renovated with new kitchens, baths and washer and dryers (or hook-ups). Check out the different options and be able to walk to ECU and downtown and not have to worry about riding the bus or dealing with any parking hassles.
