If the description of the home has "AVAILABLE!!!" in it then you know that house is coming open on the date listed and you can sign a lease NOW to reserve it for this summer and next year. Once we have signed a new lease the home is marked as "TOO LATE!!!". The homes we have listed as available have been going quickly so let us know which home you want before they are all gone.
